Keep your eyes open for turtles and humpback whales! After your snorkel, you will have worked up an appetite! Maui's "Mother Reef" sprawls over 1,000 acres. The corals here release a type of spawn which floats on currents to the outlying islands and settles on distant reefs. The end result is new coral growth on dozens of different reefs, hence the term "mother reef". The corals here are over 600 years old. Given the need to protect the reef, Trilogy ties up to a mooring to avoid anchoring on coral. Next, enjoy a delicious BBQ chicken lunch and premium bar drinks!
